Important Information & Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • If you arrive 10-15 minutes late or more, please be prepared to pay for and reschedule your appointment. We take our clients' time seriously and we strive to accommodate each client's schedule. Late arrival causes us to cut your appointment short or wastes the valuable time of another client.

  • Please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel your service. We would appreciate the opportunity to fill that time with someone on our waiting list. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the total service. "No shows" or DAY-OF cancellations will be charged the full 100% of the service. To book with us again after a no show, we ask that you pre-pay for your next service.

  • Please be aware that when receiving a color service at the salon, a blow out is included. To truly complete a color service we need to see the hair dry to ensure the quality of the service. Please, please, please feel free to ask us if you have any questions!

Return Policy

  • For salon (hair) products: If you receive a faulty product or are unhappy with the results of your products, you may return it to the salon for an exchange only.

  • For shop (retail) items: If you receive a faulty product or are unhappy with your purchase, you may return items to the shop for in-store credit only.

Payments

  • When booking, we ask for a card to be put on file for your account. This is for the protection of our stylists and their time. This is not the card we run for your service. You will checkout with your stylist separately after your appointment is completed. Most stylists use Square, some of their accounts accept Apple Pay. If you have any questions about this process, please feel free to call the salon or contact your stylist if possible.

  • If paying with CASH, please bring small bills. We likely don’t have enough to break large bills. Thank you!

Parking

  • There is free 2 hour street parking available along Main Street and Fred Jones Ave, along with other streets further away (Sheridan and Shartel). The city has been strictly enforcing this 2 hour window. If you have an appointment lasting longer than 2 hours, plan to park in the West Village parking garage on Main Street across from the Fordson Hotel. It’s $5 and will save you a parking ticket and headache! The Social Club is not responsible for any parking violations.
