SALON POLICIES :

  • IF YOU ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES LATE OR MORE, PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PAY FOR AND RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. WE TAKE OUR CLIENTS TIME SERIOUSLY AND WE STRIVE TO ACCOMMODATE EACH CLIENT'S SCHEDULE. LATE ARRIVAL CAUSES US TO CUT YOUR APPOINTMENT SHORT OR WASTES THE VALUABLE TIME OF ANOTHER CLIENT.

  • PLEASE GIVE US A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICE. WE WOULD APPRECIATE THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL THAT TIME WITH SOMEONE ON OUR WAITING LIST. LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A 50% CHARGE OF THE TOTAL SERVICE. "NO SHOWS" OR DAY-OF CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL 100% OF THE SERVICE. TO BOOK WITH US AGAIN AFTER A NO SHOW, WE ASK THAT YOU PRE-PAY FOR YOUR NEXT SERVICE.

  • PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WHEN RECEIVING A COLOR SERVICE AT THE SALON, A BLOW OUT IS INCLUDED. TO TRULY COMPLETE A COLOR SERVICE WE NEED TO SEE THE HAIR DRY TO ENSURE THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE. PLEASE ASK US IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS!

SALON PRODUCT RETURN POLICY :

Return and Refunds:  We provide the best products and services to all of our clients. However, if you are unhappy with any product that you purchase at The Social Club, you have up to 10 days to return the product for a product exchange only, no refunds. The product must have at least half of its contents remaining in the bottle.

ALL ITEMS, IN NEW CONDITION, CAN BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE WOULD BE ‘FINAL SALE’ ITEMS:  2ND FRIDAY FEATURED ARTWORK, VINTAGE ITEMS, & GIFT CARDS.
