DARK CHERRY OLD FASHIONED

Back by popular demand, we're here with the drink recipe from December's 2nd Friday Art Walk. While celebrating the "art" of gift giving (come see some of our very own gifts on display!), we decided to mix up a tried and true classic--an Old Fashioned with a Dark Cherry twist. Easy as ever, we have a feeling this will become a staple at ALL of your holiday parties this season.

SO - Here's what you'll need...

1.5 ounces Bourbon whiskey

3/4 ounce of Dark Cherry syrup (we sell PH Alchemy's version here in the shop!!!)

2 Dashes of House bitters (we sell this too... *wink*)

Orange zest for garnish

Mix the whiskey and syrup, add the bitters and top with garnish! Simple and quick, you'll be mixing your third of fourth before you even know what hit you. Send us pictures of your at-home renditions!
